About the role
Are you an experienced Sales Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity? PT Guna Elektro, a leading provider of electrical solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in our West Jakarta office. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.
What you'll be doing
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them identify the best electrical solutions for their needs
Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements and recommending tailored products and services
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and closing sales
Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations
Attend trade shows, conferences and customer site visits to showcase our offerings
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives
What we're looking for
Proven track record as a successful Sales Engineer, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the electrical industry
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain complex electrical systems and solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to deliver the best solutions
Familiarity with industry regulations, standards and best practices
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
