We are seeking a Medical Case Manager to join our Crew Care team in Bali (Denpasar) . The role involves managing medical cases of international seafarers, coordinating treatment with hospitals, communicating with overseas case managers, and leading a regional support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient cases from intake to MMI (Maximum Medical Improvement)
- Coordinate treatment and approvals with specialists
- Develop and update individual case treatment plans
- Communicate case progress in English with overseas medical case managers
- Manage small team of admin/nurses
- Lead daily briefings with admin and nurse
- Coordinate with partner hospitals about schedule and agreement.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and reports
