Technical Assistant/Baker (Surabaya and Medan Placement)

Job Description Summary : 

Developing relationships with Distributors and customers by visiting regularly and routinely and through events, and actively conducting product applications development to achieve the target set.

Job Description:

• Develop ideas and relationships for Marketing events (Free Taste, Bazaar, Baking / Cooking Demos and new recipe applications)

• Providing Technical service and baking demo of products application through regular visits to the customer

• Support product development function:

• Continuously test the product and its application.

• Provide ideas / feedback on SMART product development based on test results.

Job Requirement:

• D3/S1 in Culinary, Baking and Pastry, Management or related.

• Vocational training or baking coursework would be advantageous.

• Having experience in Baking Demo

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing displays of baked goods.

• Knowledge of food and health industry regulations.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Good communication in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantage

• 2 full time positions available (Surabaya and Medan placement)

• Surabaya for handling East Indonesia area (East Java, Sulawesi, Maluku, Kalimantan, Papua etc). Medan for handling West Indonesia area

• Willing to travelling for business trip
