Stay With Loca (SWL) is a villa management company based in Uluwatu, Bali, specializing in luxury villas, high-end hospitality, and lifestyle properties. Our company is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team.
We are currently hiring a Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations across our villa properties. This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate will be expected not only to supervise the team but also to actively participate in daily housekeeping tasks and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Position Details
- Position: Head Housekeeper
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Bingin, Uluwatu.
- Start Date: Immediately
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Housekeeper or in a similar leadership role.
- Preferably residing in the Uluwatu–Jimbaran area or willing to commute.
- English communication skills required (fluent English is a plus ).
- Administrative experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- Must own a motorbike; ability to drive a car is a plus.
- Honest, reliable, responsible, and proactive with a positive can-do attitude.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as with the team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Available to join immediately.
