About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing professional in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and market expansion. As a Sales and Marketing representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and revenue generation. This role is essential to achieving our strategic objectives and establishing as a leading player in our industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and engagement

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers

• Create and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for business development

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and successful project delivery

• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and documentation to track progress and performance metrics

• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to expand the client base

• Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs and potential product or service improvements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within a similar industry or commercial environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements

• Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are advantageous

• A valid driving licence and reliable transportation are preferred
