Key Responsibilities:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Multimedia, or a related field.
Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera as a content talent.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation/editing tools.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic English communication skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across various platforms.
Research social media trends, viral topics, and competitor activities.
Write engaging captions and assist in content ideation.
Coordinate with designers and other stakeholders during content production.
Participate in photo and video shoots as an on-camera talent for promotional, educational, employer branding, and lifestyle content.
Prepare scripts and support content production activities.
Assist in basic video editing using tools such as CapCut or Canva.
Monitor content performance and prepare simple reports.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments or messages when required.
Support marketing campaigns and other branding initiatives as needed.
