Production Engineer (Electrical)

Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of production equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and factory utilities. You will be involved in automation projects, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge of PLC programming, industrial automation, and power electronics is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Willing to work on-site in MM2100 Industrial Estate, West Cikarang.

Production Engineer (Mechanical)

Design and develop production jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support manufacturing processes. You will create engineering drawings, support equipment fabrication and installation, and participate in automation and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.

• Able to prepare engineering drawings for manufacturing.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills.

• Willing to work on-site in MM2100 Industrial Estate, West Cikarang.

Quality Assurance Staff

Ensure products and manufacturing processes comply with quality standards through quality assurance activities, outgoing inspection, document control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and instrumentation.

• Able to read circuit diagrams and technical drawings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Production Maintenance Staff

Support production operations by maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing processes. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of production machinery and maintenance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work in shifts.

Factory Engineer (Mechanical)

Support new product introduction by coordinating product transfer activities, engineering documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure a smooth transition from development to mass production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience in new product introduction (NPI), new model handling, or engineering projects is preferred.

• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

• Good understanding of metal fabrication and plastic injection processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, and data analysis).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work on-site in MM2100 Industrial Estate, West Cikarang.

Production Leader

Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved. You will supervise shop floor operations, support production planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering disciplines.

• Fresh graduates with leadership experience through organizations or projects are welcome to apply.

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work in shifts.

• Good English communication skills.

• Willing to work on-site in MM2100 Industrial Estate, West Cikarang.

Purchasing Indirect (Sourcing) Staff

Support strategic sourcing activities by identifying and developing qualified suppliers for engineering and manufacturing needs. You will collaborate with internal engineering teams and external suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery while supporting supplier development and cost improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes for metal and plastic parts.

• Basic knowledge of sourcing, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and cost-conscious mindset.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
