Role Overview:

Work alongside consultants and security engineers to support customer implementations, deployments, and post-sales engagements for enterprise security solutions.

Responsibilities
- Assist Professional Services consultants and engineers with customer onboarding and solution deployment activities

• Support implementation and configuration of cybersecurity platforms in customer environments
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and project status calls
• Help troubleshoot technical issues during deployments and escalate findings when appropriate
• Perform basic log analysis, system validation, and testing activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles
• Track project tasks, milestones, and customer deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
• Assist with internal lab testing and proof-of-concept environments
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout engagements
  
  Requirements
  - Currently pursuing in a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, EEE or equivalent.
  - This will be a full time, 6 months internship with flexible work arrangements
