Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, client requirements, and construction industry standards.
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for construction activities.
Perform regular site inspections, safety audits, and monitor corrective actions.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, hot work, excavation, and confined space entry.
Support emergency preparedness programs, including drills, fire prevention, and emergency response activities.
Conduct HSE induction, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements.
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and records accurately and timely.
Collaborate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and achieve project HSE objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or other high-risk project environments.
Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, safety inspections, and audit processes.
Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), Work at Height, Lifting Operations, Excavation, Contractor Safety Management, and Emergency Response.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
AK3 Umum certification is preferred; ISO 45001/14001 certification will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is preferred
