ABOUT ARUN

ARUN is a Bali-born swimwear and beachwear brand creating thoughtfully designed pieces for life under the sun. Since 2018, we have grown from a small independent label into an international brand with three stores in Bali and customers around the world.

We are now looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead ARUN into its next stage of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior, hands-on position for someone who understands fashion, has a strong eye for aesthetics and knows how to turn a distinctive brand into an effective international growth strategy.

We are looking for someone who can assess where ARUN is today, identify opportunities and confidently guide us on what should be done, how it should be done and why.

You will take ownership of ARUN’s marketing direction, lead the marketing team and ensure that strategies are translated into clear actions and measurable results.

This role is not limited to managing social media. You will oversee the complete marketing journey—from brand awareness and content to e-commerce, customer retention and sales growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and lead ARUN’s overall marketing and brand-growth strategy.

* Create clear marketing plans, priorities, timelines and measurable goals.

* Grow international brand awareness, engagement, website traffic and online sales.

* Lead the strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.

* Oversee content planning, collection launches, campaigns, collaborations and influencer marketing.

* Lead email marketing, customer-retention strategies and e-commerce initiatives.

* Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content remains consistent with ARUN’s aesthetic and tone of voice.

* Manage and guide the marketing team, setting clear priorities and keeping projects on schedule.

* Coordinate photographers, content creators, influencers, agencies and other external partners when required.

* Analyse marketing and sales performance and use those insights to improve future strategies.

* Identify new channels, markets, partnerships and opportunities for growth.

* Stay informed about relevant developments in fashion, social media, digital marketing and e-commerce.

* Take ownership of projects from strategy through execution, optimisation and reporting.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Proven experience in a senior marketing role within fashion, swimwear, resortwear, lifestyle or a closely related industry.

* A strong understanding of fashion branding, visual storytelling and premium aesthetics.

* Experience developing strategies that have produced measurable growth in visibility, engagement and sales.

* Strong knowledge of the major social media platforms and the role each one plays within a wider marketing strategy.

* Experience managing and motivating a team.

* A balance of strategic thinking, commercial awareness and creative judgment.

* The ability to work independently and confidently make recommendations.

* Strong organisational and project-management skills.

* A proactive, resourceful and results-driven approach.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Experience working remotely and collaborating across different time zones.

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics or influencer marketing is a strong advantage.
