Finance Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and managing daily accounting and finance operations within the department

• Overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording

• Reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies

• Preparing financial reports and analysis for management review and decision-making

• Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

• Coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Training and mentoring finance staff members to ensure adherence to policies and procedures

• Monitoring budget performance and providing variance analysis to management

• Processing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities

• Supporting tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards applicable in Indonesia

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with team members

• Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance requirements

• Professional certification such as ACPA or similar qualification is preferred

• Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
