Integrity Training Specialist

Job Description
Develop and deliver internal integrity, ethics, and compliance training programs for employees.
Conduct external integrity awareness sessions and educational programs for business partners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars both online and offline.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote the company's culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
Coordinate with relevant departments to organize training schedules and awareness campaigns.
Stay updated on best practices related to ethics, compliance, and corporate integrity.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Law, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Mandarin proficiency is not required.
Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
Outgoing, confident, and able to engage diverse audiences.
Clear articulation and excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience in training, learning & development, corporate communications, compliance, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Willing to conduct both internal and external training sessions.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
