We are seeking a talented Corporate Legal Associate to join our dynamic team at PT Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika. As a full-time in-house legal professional, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and commercially focused legal support to our growing organization based in Gambir, Central Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal instruments
Advising on regulatory, corporate and commercial matters related to the company's strategic initiatives
Handle litigation issues.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Law major.
At least 1 year of experience at the Supervisory level in an individual contributor role within an in-house legal department.
Possess an Advocate License/Advocate Identification Card (KTPA).
Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or FMCG industries is preferred.
Proven ability to provide high-quality and commercially focused legal advice.
