EXECUTIVE CHEF
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in high-end kitchens (hotel or fine dining preferred).
Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
Strong skills in various cuisines and techniques, with attention to presentation and detail.
Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a team.
Good organizational and time management skills, including budget and cost control.
Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities :
Culinary Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations across outlets in the golf course.
Menu Innovation: Create seasonal menus that follow trends and meet guest preferences, ensuring quality and consistency.
Team Management: Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff in a positive work environment.
Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards.
Guest Experience: Work with the service team to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.
Supplier Relations: Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality ingredients and good pricing.
