Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil/Arsitektur.

  • Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Estimator / Quantity Surveyor pada proyek residensial, komersial, dan industri (pabrik)

  • Menguasai penyusunan RAB / Bill of Quantity, AHS / Unit Rate Analysis, dan Bill of Materials.

  • Memahami manajemen anggaran proyek dan cost control, termasuk monitoring biaya–mutu–waktu.

  • Mampu membaca, memahami, dan merekayasa gambar tender menjadi gambar kerja.

  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (khususnya Excel), software CAD (AutoCAD atau sejenisnya), SketchUp (Nilai Tambah), dan Tekla (Nilai Tambah)

  • Teliti, analitis, komunikatif, serta mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan aktif koordinasi tim lapangan.

  • Berpenampilan rapi
