JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Membantu penyusunan anggaran terkait target pendapatan leasing dari penjualan unit.

  • Mereview target penjualan unit dan bertanggung jawab atas pencapian target penjualan yang telah ditentukan.

  • Membantu mencari, melakukan prospecting, dan menyeleksi calon tenant untuk mengisi unit kosong

  • Mengkoordinasikan kunjungan lokasi dan presentasi kepada calon tenant serta tenant existing untuk mendukung proses penawaran dan perpanjangan sewa.

  • Memantau, mengontrol, dan melaporkan target leasing vs realisasi


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimal S1 Segala Jurusan

  • Pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai leasing mall/pusat perbelanjaan modern

  • Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai trend pada dunia retail

  • Supel dan mudah beradaptasi

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, lobi & negosiasi

  • Mampu bekerja di dalam tim maupun secara individu

  • Ulet, tangguh, inisiatif tinggi dan dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan

  • Mampu bekerja dengan target

  • Penempatan Jakarta, untuk handle The Park Mall Solo Baru
