We're Hiring: Waiter/ Waitress

Saga Restaurant is an exciting new dining destination by Viking Sunset Studios, located near the Tabanan area. We're looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our pre-opening team and grow with us from day one.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards.

• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the restaurant.

• Upsell menu items and recommend additional products to enhance the guest experience.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  
  What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Experience in F&B or hospitality

  • Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • English is a must.
