Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan: Minimal D3 / S1 Jurusan Teknik (Mesin, Industri, Kimia, Pangan, atau sejenisnya).
Pengalaman Kerja: Minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Foreman, Team Leader, atau Section Head di industri manufaktur makanan & minuman (F&B) atau manufaktur kemasan/plastik (injection molding).
Keahlian Teknis:
- Memahami operasional dan troubleshooting mesin produksi / packaging / injection molding.
- Terbiasa dengan alur proses produksi higienis dan standar efisiensi mesin.
Kepemimpinan & Organisasi: Memiliki jiwa leadership yang kuat, tegas, komunikatif, serta terbukti mampu mengelola dan mengarahkan tim operator.
Standar Kerja & K3:
- Paham dan disiplin menerapkan budaya 5R serta standar K3 Lingkungan Pabrik.
- Memahami dasar-dasar GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP, dan Higiene Industri Makanan merupakan nilai tambah.
Bersedia dan siap bekerja dalam sistem shift.
