LAND ACQUISITION & PARTNERSHIP OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and scout potential land parcels suitable for townhouse development across all Jabodetabek regions
Build strong relationships and negotiate directly with land owners to secure fair, competitive, and reasonable pricing
Explain flexible partnership schemes: profit-sharing, long-term lease, or direct purchase – all with transparent terms
Verify land documents and legal compliance, and submit full location reports to management
Maintain good relations with land owners to ensure smooth and sustainable cooperation
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills, honest and persuasive
Familiar with current land price trends and market conditions in Jabodetabek
Willing to travel and conduct field visits regularly
Prior experience in property or land acquisition is a plus
