About the Role

We are looking for a curious, outgoing, and observant AI Research Intern to join our growing AI team.

In this role, you will help us better understand how people interact with the world around them by conducting observational research, identifying behavioural patterns, and collecting valuable real-world insights. Your findings will contribute to developing more human-centred AI solutions and innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct observational research in various real-world environments.

• Observe and document everyday human behaviours, routines, and interactions.

• Identify behavioural patterns and generate meaningful insights for AI research.

• Collect and organise qualitative research findings in a structured manner.

• Support AI data collection, annotation, and validation projects.

• Collaborate with AI researchers and cross-functional teams on research initiatives.

• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and literature reviews when required.

• Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.

• Continuously explore trends related to AI, human behaviour, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student, final-year student, or fresh graduate from any educational background.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Friendly, confident, and extroverted, with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Curious by nature and genuinely interested in understanding human behaviour.

• Excellent observation skills and strong attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to recognise patterns and think critically.

• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new things.

• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

• Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Passion for Artificial Intelligence, Behavioural Science, UX Research, Psychology, or emerging technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in research projects, surveys, interviews, or observational studies is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Annotation, or Prompt Engineering is a plus.

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
