Job Description :

We are looking for a creative and passionate Junior Creative Producer to support the end-to-end production of engaging video content for our brand. In this role, you will assist during shoots, operate cameras, edit videos, and develop compelling scripts that align with our marketing objectives. Responsibilities :

1. Support the Creative Producer/Director throughout the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.

2. Assist in directing talent and crew during video shoots to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

3. Operate cameras and other production equipment while maintaining high visual quality.

4. Edit videos for various digital platforms, ensuring content aligns with the brand's visual identity and objectives.

5. Develop creative concepts and write engaging scripts for marketing, branding, and social media content.

6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure creative deliverables are completed on schedule.

7. Prepare production needs such as shot lists, props, locations, and shooting schedules when required.

8. Stay updated on content trends and contribute creative ideas to improve content performance.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Communication, Broadcasting, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in video production, videography, editing, or a similar creative role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).

3. Proficient in operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras and basic production equipment.

4. Skilled in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

5. Able to write clear, engaging, and structured video scripts.

6. Understands basic cinematography, storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.

7. Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

8. Willing to work on-site and travel for production when necessary.

9. Preferably domiciled in Gading Serpong, BSD City, Tangerang Regency, or South Tangerang.
