About the role
Shishi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub Bali is seeking a professional and courteous Valet Attendant to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional first impression for our guests. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of our guests' vehicles, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are smooth, secure and memorable. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service that define our establishment.
Key responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, assisting them with vehicle drop-off procedures
Safely park guest vehicles in designated areas, ensuring proper placement and protection
Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles using the valet management system
Retrieve and return vehicles promptly and in pristine condition upon guest departure
Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify any existing damage or concerns
Maintain a clean and organised valet parking area
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding guest arrivals and departures
Adhere to all health, safety and security protocols
Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns professionally
Assist with traffic flow management during peak operating hours
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as a Valet Attendant or in a similar hospitality role
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
Excellent knowledge of local roads and navigation in Badung, Bali
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanour
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, particularly during busy service periods
Attention to detail and commitment to vehicle safety and security
Good physical fitness and ability to work in warm climatic conditions
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
