Villa Housekeeper (Ungasan / Uluwatu Area)

We are a resort in Ungasan with 6 tropical villas (@tvvbali)! We are looking for a detailed, reliable, and professional Villa Housekeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining high hospitality standards, ensuring our villas are spotless, and providing excellent service to our guests.

What We Offer (Kompensasi & Benefit):

• Base Salary (incl Allowance): IDR 3,750,000 / month

• Service Charge: IDR 500,000 - 800,000 / month

• THR (Tunjangan Hari Raya): Yes, provided annually.

• Performance Bonus: Annual bonus based on excellent performance.

• Career Progression: The first 3 months will be a paid probationary period (Masa Percobaan). Upon successful completion, you might be offered a formal permanent contract that includes full BPJS coverage.

Requirements (Kualifikasi):

• Location: Must currently live in the Bukit area (Ungasan, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, or Pecatu) to ensure an easy commute.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a professional villa, hotel, or resort environment.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, bed making, and proper use of cleaning chemicals.

• Language: Basic English communication skills are a plus.

• Attitude: Honest, hardworking, punctual, and able to work well with our Villa Manager and the rest of the team.

Responsibilities (Tanggung Jawab):

• Perform daily cleaning for villa bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a 5-star standard.

• Manage laundry, linens, and towel replacements.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Supervisor.

• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory.
