1. Responsible for maintaining operation and maintenance ledger forms and operation and maintenance documents;
2. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management work of the collaborative operation and maintenance manager. Including monitoring SLA, following up on daily maintenance work, etc.;
3. Responsible for assisting the operation and maintenance team to complete other related tasks.
Job requirements:
1. Mandarin, English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
2. Proficient in the use of Office software;
3. College degree or above.
