Sous Chef (Japanese Cuisine and Bakery) Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Japanese dishes with meticulous attention to detail, flavor profiles, and upscale culinary presentation.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety compliance, and the reduction of ingredient waste.
- Collaborate with executive management to design seasonal menus, tasting menus, and Japanese-fusion culinary offerings.
- Maintain immaculate workstation hygiene, equipment sanitation, and adherence to strict health and safety standards.
- Inspect all incoming food provisions to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and authenticity.
- Available to work on weekends and public holiday
