What We’re Looking For:  

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or related roles is a plus.

• Comfortable using Google Spreadsheets and MS Office.  

• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

What You’ll Do:  

• Handle user applications with efficiency and care, ensuring a smooth online on-boarding experience for drivers.  

• Respond promptly to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions that leave a positive impression.  

• Track online orders, keep users informed about their status, and ensure timely processing.  

• Make outbound calls to share exciting updates, new features, loyalty programs, and special offers.  

• Educate customers on how to get the most out of our services, building loyalty and satisfaction.  

• Support our drivers by conducting regular vehicle checks, ensuring compliance, and providing helpful feedback.  

• Be a brand ambassador by engaging with customers and partners during promotional campaigns and exploring new advertising and partnership opportunities with local businesses.
