Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in MEP Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience as QS for MEP projects.
Certificate requirements : SKK Konstruksi.
Experienced in electrical, air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, piping, and structural steel works.
Skilled in quantity take-off and cost estimation.
Experienced in preparing progress documentation and approval documents.
Able to coordinate with the Owner's QS team.
Candidates with experience in projects under Sinar Mas Group will be preferred.
Job Description
Perform quantity take-off for MEP installation works.
Prepare engineering quantity calculations and cost estimations.
Compile project progress documentation.
Prepare measurement and approval documents.
Coordinate measurement and valuation with the Owner's QS team.
Monitor project quantities and cost control throughout the project.
