Senior Visa Officer

SPUN is seeking a Senior Visa Officer to lead and oversee end-to-end visa application processes while ensuring full compliance with embassy and visa center regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced research capability, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Visa Officer will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, embassies, and third-party partners to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient visa processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end visa application processes in accordance with embassy and visa center requirements.
• Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct research on visa regulations, policy updates, and special visa categories across multiple countries.
• Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, third-party partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
• Provide clear guidance and regular updates to clients throughout the visa application process.
• Identify potential application issues and proactively recommend solutions.
• Support and guide Visa Officers while helping maintain team workflow and operational standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality visa operations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in visa processing, travel agency operations, or visa application centers (must-have).
• Strong understanding of embassy procedures, visa regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, coordination, or mentoring experience within an operational team.
• Excellent research, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English (written and conversational) is required.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and digital tools.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
