Native & Local English Teacher (Full-time & Part-time)

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic English Teachers to deliver engaging, student-centered lessons for children and teenagers. Successful candidates will teach at both our partner schools and English Centre while maintaining high standards of teaching and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach General English, IELTS, TOEFL, Mathematics, and Science in English as assigned.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.

• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and classroom activities.

• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

• Maintain effective classroom management and professional conduct.

• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

• Participate in meetings, training sessions, school events, and professional development programs.

• Perform other teaching-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or an equivalent teaching qualification is required.

• Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Must be able to teach General English, IELTS, TOEFL, Mathematics, and Science in English.

• Preference will be given to native English speakers.

• For local applicants, experience studying, living, or teaching abroad is a strong advantage.

• Non-native English-speaking applicants should demonstrate advanced English proficiency (e.g., IELTS Academic Overall Band Score of 7.5 or above, or equivalent).

• Familiar with interactive and technology-based teaching methods.

• Experience teaching multicultural or international classrooms is an advantage.
