R&D Electronics Design Engineer

Job Description

• Design and develop electronic circuits for embedded, IoT, and industrial products.

• Create schematics, select components, and support PCB layout development.

• Develop hardware architectures that meet functional, regulatory, EMC/EMI, and cost requirements.

• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, verification, validation, and design optimization.

• ??Collaborate closely with Firmware, Mechanical, QA & Production Team throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for hardware-related issues during development and production.

• Prepare hardware documentation, including schematics, BOM, specifications, and test reports.

• Deliver projects on schedule while meeting quality and customer requirements.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic hardware design.

• ??Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.

• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design using Altium Designer, or equivalent

• Experience with embedded microcontrollers such as STM32, Renesas RL78, or equivalent.

• ??Good understanding of UART, SPI, I²C, USB, CAN, RS-232, and RS-485.

• ??Experience designing battery charging, and low-power circuits.

• ??Experience with LTE Cat-1, LTE-M, NB-IoT, and LoRa.

• ??Skilled in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and multimeters.

• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing, DFM, DFA, and component selection.

• Familiar with version control and project management tools such as Git, SVN, and Jira.

• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

• ??Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Good communication and technical documentation skills.

• ??Willing to travel when required.
