Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development Strategy, Expansion Planning, Market Research, Location Strategy, Commercial Strategy, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process, interpret, and present large datasets to support strategic decision-making.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of market mapping, territory planning, catchment analysis, site feasibility studies, and location evaluation.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel frequently and conduct field visits to identify and evaluate potential store locations.
Experience in the consulting, retail, F&B, FMCG, or multi-site business industry is highly preferred.
Job Descriptions:
Conduct market mapping and territory analysis to identify potential expansion opportunities based on demographics, city tier, market demand, competitive landscape, and commercial potential.
Analyze competitor expansion strategies, store formats, and geographic coverage to support data-driven expansion planning and market prioritization.
Perform catchment area studies and site feasibility assessments by evaluating traffic flow, population density, accessibility, surrounding businesses, and other key market indicators.
Develop expansion planning frameworks, including regional expansion strategies, city prioritization, and store format recommendations aligned with the company's business objectives.
Prepare site profiles, business cases, and feasibility reports to support investment decisions and internal approval processes.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business expansion.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to continuously optimize expansion strategies.
