E-Commerce Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Shopify.

• Experienced in managing live commerce operations and customer service.

• Experienced in using CRM systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Target-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of analyzing data and executing strategies effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations across all e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

• Manage and monitor online store performance, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.

• Supervise live commerce activities and ensure optimal sales performance during live sessions.

• Lead and support the customer service team to deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and develop strategies to achieve business targets.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Warehouse, and Purchasing, to ensure seamless operations.

• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to optimize sales and operational performance.

• Coach, supervise, and evaluate team members to ensure productivity and continuous development.
