At an exciting time to join Score, we are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused, and experienced Senior Finance & Tax Accountant to oversee the financial operations and compliance activities across multiple business entities. This role requires a strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian Tax Regulations (including Batam FTZ rules), along with the capability to lead end-to-end financial and reporting responsibilities across entities.
Please note that this is an individual contributor and hands-on execution role. You will fully own and execute the end-to-end financial processes from ground-level data entry to high-level statutory reporting, rather than just reviewing or approving the work of others.

Full-time | Similar Experience: 5 years minimum
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Execute full-cycle finance, accounting and tax operations for the Batam entity, and oversee Jakarta's entity financial reporting. Manage full sets of accounts, manage month-end close, audits, statutory reporting, finance workflows, team development, and ERP implementation.
Tax Strategy & Administration: Execute monthly and annual tax compliance for the Batam entity, ensure correct alignment with FTZ fiscal frameworks, and oversee tax strategy and compliance for the Jakarta entity.
Taxation & Audit Compliance: Execute tax authority engagement, manage audits and official tax inquiries, and partner with consultants on compliance, related-party transactions, tax administrative reviews, and advisory matters.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, banking, FX and international transactions, ensuring liquidity, regulatory compliance, and strong banking relationships.
Compliance & Statutory Reporting: Ensure PSAK compliance, manage statutory filings and government reporting, and coordinate corporate governance requirements with key stakeholders.
Business Partnering: Partner with management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, commercial reviews, fiscal reconciliation, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Qualifications, Experience and other requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or equivalent.
Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and registered as Accountant at the Ministry of Finance.
Brevet A & B certification.
5 years minimum experience in Finance & Taxation, ideally within a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian Tax Law, and government compliance platforms, including OSS, Coretax, WLKP, LKPM, and related systems.
Proven track record in Tax Audit Management and preparing TP Documentation.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional-level English communication skills.
Based in Jakarta and willing to travel periodically to Batam.
Behavioural Skillset
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, strong ownership, adaptable, and solution-focused approach.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Application Requirements
Please provide a detailed resume and cover letter in English, summarising your finance, accounting, and tax experience. Include your Brevet A & B and CA qualifications, and your experience with Batam/FTZ tax compliance and fiscal frameworks, official tax audits/inquiries, TP documentation, and OSS, Coretax, WLKP, and LKPM.
