Senior HRBP Specialist (Jogja)

What you will do
1. Manage employee probation process, including monitoring timelines, coordinating evaluations with line managers, and recommending confirmation, extension, or termination decisions.
2. Lead performance review cycles and contract management, ensuring timely appraisal discussions, documentation, salary adjustments, and contract extensions in alignment with company policy.
3. Oversee HR documentation and employee administration, including employment contracts, status changes, letters, policy updates, and compliance with labor regulations.
4. Drive training and development initiatives, identifying competency gaps, coordinating learning programs, and partnering with managers to support employee growth and succession planning.
5. Handle employee exit process end-to-end, conducting exit interviews, managing clearance checklists, analyzing attrition insights, and providing recommendations for retention improvement.

What you will need
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management or any related field with minimum 3-5 years experience in HRBP.
2. A data mindset persons with exposure in employee relations & employee life cycle matters and updated with government regulations and labor laws.
3. Expertise with Microsoft Offices (especially for Microsoft Excel formulas), stakeholder management ability, analytical skills and problem solving mindset.
4. Possess a high level of discretion and integrity, conflict resolution and mediation skills.
5. Willing to be placed in Jogja office.
