Job SummaryThe Legal Intern supports the Legal & Compliance Department in providing legal and administrative assistance across corporate, commercial, compliance, and intellectual property matters. The intern will gain practical exposure to contract review, legal research, corporate legal administration, compliance initiatives, and intellectual property management while contributing to daily legal operations under the guidance of experienced legal professionals. Job Description1. Assist in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal agreements and supporting documents.2. Support legal research on Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to business operations.3. Support the preparation of legal memoranda, summaries, and internal legal advice.4. Assist in contract administration, including document tracking and filing.5. Support corporate secretarial activities and the preparation of legal documentation.6. Assist in intellectual property administration, including trademark documentation and monitoring.7. Support compliance initiatives by monitoring regulatory updates and preparing compliance materials.8. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other legal documentation.9. Support the coordination with internal stakeholders to collect supporting information required for legal matters.10. Assist in performing other legal and administrative assignments as directed by supervising lawyers.Job Requirements1.Preferred Major(s): Bachelor's Degree (final year student or fresh graduate) in Law. 2.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial laws.Basic knowledge of contract law and legal drafting.Ability to conduct legal research and analyze regulations.Strong legal writing and documentation skills.Good understanding of legal document management.3.Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking.Attention to detail.Good communication skills.Willingness to learn.Time management.Integrity and professionalism.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.4.Software Knowledge: Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft OutlookFamiliarity with legal research databases is an advantage.
