Placement: International Retail Industry [Singapore Based]
Working Arrangement: Remote (Indonesia) or Full WFO at Singapore
Employment Type: Contract under Sigmatech
Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Application Development, including 4+ years as a Technical Lead or Technical Solution Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), Dynamics NAV (Navision), Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Sales/Service Module, and Power Platform.
- Proven experience in Business Central Upgrade Projects (On-Premise to SaaS), ERP Migration, Cloud Migration, and Data Conversion.
- Strong programming skills in C#, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), JavaScript, REST APIs, SFTP, and SSIS.
- Hands-on experience with KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit and CRM/ERP Data Migration.
- Experience integrating Business Central with REST APIs, Web Services, OData, Middleware, SAGE Accounting, InvoiceNow (Peppol), Payment Gateway, NETS, CMS, VMS, and other enterprise platforms.
- Experience in Retail or Supermarket Chain environments with strong understanding of LS Retail, LS Central, Retail POS, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Pricing & Promotion, Self-Checkout, Electronic Shelf Label (ESL), Barcode/QR Code, and Retail Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD, Release Management, Environment Configuration, Production Support, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Proven experience in team leadership, technical coaching, delivery ownership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical communication.
Scope of Works:
- Develop, customize, administer, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Dynamics NAV solutions.
- Lead ERP Migration, Cloud Migration, Data Conversion, Business Central Upgrade Projects, and Multi-Company ERP Management.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, OData, Middleware, Payment Gateway, CRM, ERP, and external business platforms.
- Develop and support Retail ERP Solutions, including LS Retail, LS Central, POS, Inventory, Warehouse, Pricing & Promotion, Membership & Loyalty, and Retail Operations.
- Manage CI/CD Pipelines, Environment Configuration, Release Management, Production Support, Incident Management, and High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR).
- Lead technical delivery, mentor development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise ERP solutions.

Important Notes:

- Advanced English communication is mandatory, as all interviews, technical discussions, and daily communication with the client will be conducted entirely in English.
- We are specifically seeking Indonesian candidates who are either:
- Willing to work Remote from Indonesia or willing to relocate and work Full WFO Onsite in Singapore.
- Candidates who are willing to work from office in Singapore will be offered a higher salary package, subject to qualifications, technical expertise, and overall experience.
- Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and deliver enterprise ERP solutions independently.
