Backend Developer (Golang)

Technical Skills

1. Blockchain Development:

• Proficiency in Solidity for Ethereum smart contract development.

• Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, Solana, Cosmos, or Layer 2 solutions like Polygon/zkSync).

• Familiarity with Rust, Go, or C++ for non-EVM chains (e.g., Solana, NEAR, or Polkadot).

• Knowledge of decentralized storage systems (IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave).

2. Backend Development:

• Strong experience with backend languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby).

• Expertise in building RESTful/gRPC APIs and integrating with blockchain networks.

• Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and decentralized databases (e.g., OrbitDB).

3. Web3 Tools & Libraries:

• Hands-on experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.

• Knowledge of The Graph for indexing blockchain data.

• Experience with oracle solutions (Chainlink, Band Protocol).

4. DevOps & Infrastructure:

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience deploying nodes (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, or others) and managing blockchain infrastructure.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and decentralized cloud services (e.g., Fleek, Akash).

5. Security:

• Understanding of smart contract security best practices (e.g., reentrancy, overflow/underflow).

• Experience with auditing tools like Slither, MythX, or CertiK.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3+ years of backend development experience, with 1+ years focused on Web3/blockchain projects.

• Portfolio of deployed smart contracts or contributions to open-source Web3 projects (provide GitHub/GitLab links).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies.

• Passion for blockchain, decentralization, and the future of Web3.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, or tokenomics design.

• Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs) or Layer 2 scaling solutions.

• Contributions to blockchain communities (e.g., Ethereum Improvement Proposals, governance participation).

• Certifications like Certified Blockchain Developer (CBD) or Blockchain Security certifications.
