We're Hiring

We are currently looking for full-time team members for the following positions:

• Cashier

• Hostess

• Mechanical Engineering (MEP)

• Purchasing

• Runner

• DW Cook (Contract)

• DW Steward (Contract)

What You'll Do

Cashier

• Handle guest payments accurately

• Operate the POS system

• Balance daily cash transactions

• Provide friendly customer service

Hostess

• Welcome and seat guests

• Manage reservations and waiting lists

• Assist with guest inquiries

• Ensure a warm first impression

Mechanical Engineering (MEP)

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment

• Ensure all facilities operate safely and efficiently

• Respond to maintenance requests when needed

Purchasing

• Purchase goods and supplies for daily operations

• Coordinate with suppliers

• Monitor stock levels

• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement

Runner

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to service stations

• Support servers to ensure smooth service operations

• Clear and reset tables efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas

DW Cook

• Prepare and cook food according to company standards

• Maintain food quality and hygiene

• Assist with kitchen preparation

• Keep workstations clean and organized

DW Steward

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness

• Organize storage areas

• Support overall kitchen hygiene

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and team player

• Good communication skills

• Passion for hospitality

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible and willing to learn

• Physically fit for operational roles

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Basic English communication is preferred

• Relevant experience is an advantage but not essential for all positions
