About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the comprehensive healthcare account, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting members with comprehensive health services and benefits coordination. This role goes beyond standard insurance inquiries, focusing on holistic health management and member wellness.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in College
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Amenable to night shifts and flexible schedules
- Preferably with healthcare account experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries related to preventive care programs and wellness initiatives.
- Assist members in navigating care coordination services and integrated health programs.
- Provide guidance and support for members managing chronic conditions.
- Help members understand and access the full range of health services available to them.
- Deliver service that promotes overall well-being, illness prevention, and condition management.
Compensation & Perks
Upon hire: ?18,000 basic pay + ?1,000 flex fund allowance
