Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen organizational governance, policies, SOPs, and operational systems.
Design and establish HR management systems, including workload analysis, performance management, and staff development.
Build and institutionalize capacity development frameworks and a collaborative learning culture.
Strategic partnerships and resource development.
Develop and strengthen organizational monitoring, knowledge management, and risk management systems.
