We are Hiring for Project Specialist (MANDARIN SPEAKERS)!
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
• Drive the execution of the ALDI project, ensuring all strategies are implemented on schedule and targets are achieved.
• Track project progress, identify risks early, and escalate issues where necessary.
Partner & Channel Management
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with mobile phone brand partners, providing data analysis and operational support to strengthen collaboration outcomes.
• Assist in rolling out Key Account (KA) channel partnerships, including data support and performance tracking.
Internal Coordination
• Coordinate daily communication between headquarters and frontline sales teams to ensure efficient information flow and smooth business operations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree or above.
Work Experience
• 1+ year of experience in the retail industry (mobile phones, digital products or home appliances) preferred.
• Experience with OPPO, Vivo or Xiaomi is a strong plus.
• Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Strong coordination and execution skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Able to work well under pressure and demonstrate a strong team spirit.
Language
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for daily communication with the Chinese headquarters (MIN. HSK 5)
Other
• Willingness to undertake short-term business trips when required.
