POSITION SNAPSHOTS
- Day Shift (4:00 PM–1:00 AM) | Full-time
- Onsite (Iloilo Office) | Hybrid (Makati Office)
- Fresh IT graduates to 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide first-line technical and product support for a US-based dental technology platform. You'll assist customers with technical issues, test new product features, and deliver excellent support through phone, email, and chat. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous learning.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Technical Support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Provide timely technical assistance and product support
- Guide customers on system usage and best practices
Product Support & Testing
- Test and evaluate new product features before release
- Report issues and provide feedback to improve the platform
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Deliver professional, accurate, and customer-focused support
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fresh IT graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing customer support is an advantage
- Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively
- Eager to learn and grow in a technical support environment
