Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Highly proficient in using Canva and CapCut.
Possess strong photography and videography skills using an iPhone.
In-depth understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Threads strategies.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, especially short-form video content.
Strong copywriting skills in both Indonesian and English.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Job Description
Execute content planning, content shooting (using an iPhone), editing, copywriting, scheduling, and posting.
Proficiently use Canva for daily content design needs and CapCut for editing short-form video content.
Develop content ideas that are relevant to current trends, target audiences, and brand objectives.
Create and manage the Social Media Master Plan (Content Calendar & Editorial Plan) aligned with each brand's strategy, business goals, and content pillars.
Create activation campaigns, social media campaigns, and engagement ideas tailored to client needs.
Responsible for the end-to-end management of all client social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
Understand growth strategies and content optimization on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, including analyzing content performance and developing data-driven strategies.
Proficient in TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, and other analytics tools to evaluate content performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare monthly performance reports along with insights and strategy recommendations for each client.
Ensure all projects and content run according to the established timeline, KPIs, and targets.
Manage and archive all content assets and project files in a neat and organized manner.
Produce articles, captions, and copywriting based on client requirements.
Willing to act as talent for beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and social media content needs when required.
