JPC Health Indonesia is looking for a motivated oncology nurse with strong digital skills and an interest in the future of cancer care.
This is a part-time remote/hybrid role, preferably based in Greater Jakarta, supporting Indonesian oncology centres that use an Australian digital health platform for cancer care. You will be employed by PT JPC Konsultan Kesehatan, part of JPC Health, and will work closely with Indonesian customers and Australian product, clinical application and technical teams.
The role is well suited to a nurse who has worked in oncology, chemotherapy day care, an oncology ward or a cancer centre, and who is now looking to build a career in digital health, clinical application support, nursing informatics, implementation or health technology.
In this role, you will help users understand and use the system, respond to customer enquiries, support training for doctors, nurses and administrative staff, assist with documentation and user guides, and help communicate Indonesian customer feedback to the Australian team. Over time, there may also be opportunities to contribute to protocol configuration, testing, implementation support and digital health project work.

Key responsibilities
Act as first-line support for users at oncology centres in Indonesia.
Answer functional questions and assist with basic system usage issues.
Provide clinical application support related to oncology workflows.
Investigate and document issues before escalation to technical teams.
Deliver online and occasional onsite training for doctors, nurses and administrative staff.
Prepare, translate and update user guides, quick reference materials and training content in Bahasa Indonesia.
Assist with customer-approved cancer treatment protocol configuration, under appropriate guidance.
Support testing of new features, regression testing and bug validation.
Document customer feedback, workflow gaps and improvement opportunities.
Work collaboratively with Indonesian customers and Australian product, clinical application and technical teams.
What we are looking for
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Nursing.
Nursing Professional degree, Ners, strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ clinical experience as a nurse in oncology, such as chemotherapy day care, oncology inpatient ward or cancer centre.
Direct patient-facing experience in cancer treatment services.
Valid STR or eligibility to maintain relevant nursing registration, where applicable.
Strong Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
Working proficiency in English, including reading documents, writing emails and joining calls with international colleagues.
Good digital literacy, including confidence using web-based clinical applications, email, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and online meeting platforms.
Stable and fast internet connection and strong mobile phone coverage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with international teams.
Preferred experience
Experience using Hospital Information Systems, EMR or other clinical applications in oncology settings.
Experience preparing training materials or delivering education to healthcare professionals.
Familiarity with cancer treatment protocols, oncology workflows and digital health systems in Indonesia.
Strong interest in digital health, clinical data and oncology workflow improvement.
Working arrangements
This is initially a part-time role of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role includes fixed customer support coverage from 2:00pm to 5:00pm Jakarta time, plus five additional agreed hours during business days each week for training, documentation, configuration, testing, implementation or other agreed activities.
The role is remote/hybrid, with occasional visits to Indonesian customer sites when required. The successful candidate should preferably be based in the Greater Jakarta area.
Salary and benefits
Part-time salary of Rp 6,000,000 to Rp 8,000,000 per month gross.
