What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll own the technical marketing performance of the platform.

This includes:

• Developing and executing our SEO strategy

• Improving Google rankings across thousands of pages

• Implementing AIO (AI Optimization) strategies for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI search platforms

• Managing Google Search Console

• Managing Google Analytics 4

• Google Tag Manager implementation

• Setting up accurate conversion tracking

• Tracking property enquiries

• Tracking lead generation

• Tracking sold listings

• Tracking button clicks

• Tracking user journeys

• Creating dashboards that actually mean something

• Improving website conversion rates

• Finding bottlenecks throughout the customer journey

• Supporting our Google Ads campaigns with accurate data

• Working alongside our developers to improve technical SEO

• Using AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks

You should already have experience with:

- Google Analytics 4

- Technical SEO

- On-page SEO

- Schema markup

- XML Sitemaps

- Indexing optimization

- Keyword research

- Funnel analysis
