Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment requisitions to initiate the recruitment process.
- Analyze key personnel and manpower requirements.
- Prepare key personnel project control reports for all rigs.
- Prepare key personnel onboarding and on-duty schedules in coordination with Rig Engineers.
- Prepare expatriate documentation for work permit applications.
- Monitor Personnel on Board (POB) across all rigs.
- Monitor the validity of mandatory training, certifications, and Medical Check-Up (MCU) records.
- Monitor key personnel assignments and work permit compliance across all projects.
- Coordinate with the HSE Department regarding work permits for key personnel and manpower.
- Prepare and analyze key personnel shortage reports.
- Prepare flight and hotel requests for personnel mobilization.
- Prepare MCU documentation for key personnel required for project work permit applications.
- Review and verify key personnel timesheets for all rigs.
- Prepare requests for MCUs, training, and certifications.
- Review and verify operational expenses for all rigs.
- Prepare operational expense reports.
- Prepare stationery requests for the Operations Department.
- Prepare training assessment forms.
- Manage and prepare operational department expense documentation.
- Prepare evaluation forms and appreciation letters for personnel promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, petroleum or any related fiel
- At least 1-2 years experiences in the same position
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Have a good attitude and communication skill
- Jabodetabek domicile are preferred
