What We Are Looking For

We need a versatile, battle-tested Full Stack builder who understands mission-critical software, clean architecture, and data integrity. In this role, you will be a key engineer driving core enterprise engines, including transaction reconciliation, settlement systems, and API integrations for banking clients.

If you have a founding-team mentality, experience in banking or fintech infrastructure, and prefer functional execution over corporate bureaucracy, you will fit right in.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Enterprise Systems: Design, build, and maintain high-performance frontend interfaces and robust backend architectures for core financial applications.
• Financial Engine & Integration: Engineer data reconciliation pipelines, automated schedulers, SFTP batch processors, and secure REST API (JSON) integrations connecting to core banking ecosystems.
• Performance, Security & Reliability: Optimize system performance for high-concurrency data processing, ensure strict data accuracy, and build detailed transaction audit logs to pass rigorous testing phases (SIT, UAT, SLT).
• Database & Architecture: Design, maintain, and optimize database schemas, indexing, and complex data-matching algorithms handling large volumes of transaction records.
• Founding Team Leadership: Work directly with company founders and technical leadership to translate complex regulatory and enterprise client requirements into clean, production-ready code.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in Full Stack Software Engineering. Prior exposure to Banking Systems, Fintech, Payment Gateways, Enterprise Software, or Core Financial Infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of transaction reconciliation, settlement workflows, batch data processing, background job schedulers, and high-security enterprise environments.
• Backend Stack: Hands-on mastery of Node.js (Express/NestJS), Go / Golang, or Laravel for high-concurrency engine development.
• Frontend Stack: Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js (TypeScript) to craft clean, intuitive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Databases & Data Systems: Advanced proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) with strong query optimization, indexing, and data normalization skills. Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) is a plus.
• Protocols & Infrastructure: Practical knowledge of RESTful API design (JSON format), SFTP automated transfers, queue management, Docker, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI & Automated Workflows (Bonus): Exposure to AI Agents, LLM integrations, or automated workflow orchestration (via APIs or agentic frameworks like LangChain/CrewAI).
• Mindset & Ownership: High autonomy, first-principles problem solving, and a "get-things-done" attitude. You think macroscopically, take end-to-end ownership, and navigate client requirements without needing micro-management.
