Marketing Assistant

Are you a motivated and outspoken individual with a passion for marketing (and eating)? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help bring our creative campaigns to life and support the team in various marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll assist with campaign development, help maintain engaging marketing materials, and provide essential administrative support to keep things running smoothly.

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
- Be involved in taking a product from concept or idea
- Monitor and analyse marketing trends and performance
- Handle and respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and partners
- Drive local store marketing initiatives by building strong relationships and collaborating with landlords
- Liaise with agency on social media management
- Assist in updating the website and other marketing platforms
- Handle administrative tasks, including sending meeting summaries, submitting materials for regional approval and creating checklists etc
- Any other ad hoc duties / marketing administrative matters assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of market research techniques.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Prior experience in marketing or a related field is an advantage but not required.
