RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage procurement processes to ensure timely availability of goods and services
Source and evaluate suppliers to meet quality, cost, and operational needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with vendors to secure best value
Create, monitor, and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO)
Track supplier performance and identify alternative vendors when needed
Control purchasing budget and implement cost-saving initiatives
Prepare cost analysis and procurement reports for management
Support operational tasks such as receiving goods, inventory monitoring, and material preparation
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Good understanding of cost control and budgeting
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiar with inventory management and basic reporting
Willing to support operational/warehouse activities when required
