Adecco is partnering with a one of the world's largest providers of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, serving customers across various industries. that located in Jakarta area to hire a Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Supply Chain Planning.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, production, and financial planning.

• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and cross-functional teams to optimize Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), manage product version cutovers, and support regional business operations.

• Balance demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels to achieve customer service targets while supporting overall business objectives.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to demand fluctuations, supply constraints, and capacity limitations by developing effective contingency plans.

• Utilize ERP, MRP, and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to improve supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable Indonesian or overseas university, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP/IBP, Demand Planning, Operations Planning, Procurement, or Supply Chain Finance.

• Strong understanding of procurement, manufacturing, order management, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Experience with planning data management and strong analytical capabilities, including statistical analysis and data interpretation.

• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin (Chinese) proficiency is mandatory.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
